Prices and Booking

All prices shown are per week for the cottage starting on the date shown above.
A week runs from Saturday to Saturday
Off-season and mini breaks may be available, subject to availability - please enquire (3 nights minimum)

Please contact us to make a booking and then fill in our booking form and send it to us with your 25% deposit cheque to confirm the booking.
An additional £50 will apply to the above charges in the form of a refundable security deposit.

Booking Terms and Conditions

We have attempted to describe the accommodation on this website as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to make to changes to ensure the overall high standards will be maintained at all times.
Bookings can only be made by persons over the age of 18 years.
A deposit of 25% of the full hire price of the accommodation is required to confirm a booking together with a booking form. We will confirm your booking by post and will send details of the exact location and detailed directions.
The deposit is non-refundable unless the booking cannot be confirmed, in which case it will be returned.
The total payment of the balance of your holiday is due six weeks before your arrival. If this is not received by the due date, this will result in cancellation of your holiday and loss of deposit.
We cannot accept any obligation or liability for any alteration or cancellation, which is caused by circumstances outside of our control.
Whilst we try to take all reasonable steps to accommodate any proposed changes to the original booking dates if a cancellation is made after the balance has been paid, this will result in a loss of all monies.
We will charge a £50 security deposit, on top of the hire price, which we will refund in full, if the fixtures, fittings and effects are all found to be in good and fair order (excepting fair wear and tear). If damage occurs, which to make good exceeds the amount of the security deposit, compensation for the full amount will be required.
The keys to the property will be sent to you in the week prior to your stay via recorded delivery or delivery by hand.
The lets are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
All prices include heating, electricity, bed linen and tea towels. (Towels are not provided.)
If there are any problems with the accommodation during your stay, please contact us immediately, on the number provided in the welcome folder and we will try our best to solve the problem.
The cottage will be available from 3 pm onwards on arrival. Departure time is by 10 am, to allow the necessary time to prepare the accommodation to a high standard for the next visitors.
The cottages are to be left in the same state of cleanliness and order in which they were found.
The number of persons using the cottage must not exceed the number stated on the booking form.
We reserve the right to be allowed reasonable access to the cottages at all times and to request any person causing a disturbance or behaving in an offensive manner to leave immediately.
Whilst we have in force appropriate insurance for public liability, responsibility cannot be accepted for your personal effects.
We operate a no smoking policy in the accommodation.
We can accept one well behaved dog by prior arrangement.
